Our homebase is in Hrunamannahreppur, which has been called the Toscana of the North. It is a fertile ground for all sorts of agriculture. It is with pride that I serve almost exclusively food that is produced locally.
Organically produced beef, lamb and wild goose which have been feeding in these very same mountains you will be riding in, newly caught wild salmon from the rivers you are riding by and fresh fruits and vegetables grown in greenhouses using a environmentally friendly geothermal energy.
